About me

I am a PhD candidate at the University of Twente in the Netherlands, where I work in the project EERI: Energy-Efficient and Resilient Internet. In this project, we try to make the internet more energy-efficient and resilient against failures by for example finding out how users should connect to BSs so that all users have a fast and reliable connection. Moreover, I am interested in anything related to geometric random graphs, as many real-life networks have a large spatial component (such as the internet!). The question is: how can we leverage the properties of the geometry of a network to understand more about these real life networks?

On Friday the 17th of January, 2025 at 14:30, I will defend my PhD thesis called "Resilience of cellular networks" at the University of Twente.

Afterwards, there will be a reception in Boerderij Bosch on the University of Twente campus.
